1. COMPOSITION
Each mL contains:
Bimatoprost — 10 mg
Sterile aqueous vehicle — q.s.
2. PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Sterile Ophthalmic Suspension.
3. THERAPEUTIC CLASS
Ophthalmic Prostaglandin Analogue / Antiglaucoma Agent.
4. INDICATIONS
Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension.
Treatment of open-angle glaucoma.
May be used when reduction of intraocular pressure is clinically indicated.
5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to Bimatoprost or any component of the formulation.
For topical ophthalmic use only.
Use with caution in patients with a history of ocular inflammation or macular edema.
6. DRUG INTERACTIONS
Concomitant use with other ophthalmic preparations may require appropriate spacing between administrations.
If more than one topical ophthalmic medicine is used, allow an interval of at least 5–10 minutes between applications.
7. ADMINISTRATION
Shake well before use.
Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening, or as directed by a physician.
Wash hands before use.
Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye, eyelids or other surfaces.
Do not administer more frequently than prescribed.
Remove contact lenses before application and reinsert as directed by the physician.
8. STORAGE
Store below 25°C, protected from excessive heat and light.
Do not freeze.
Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date.
